Cary Family Dental Recognized as one of the Best Dentist in Western Wake County
Cary, N.C. – Votes are in for the annual Cary Magazine Maggy Award Competition and thousands of readers recognized Cary Family Dental’s, Allan Acton, DDS, as one of the Best Dentist in Western Wake County.
This is the eighth time that Dr. Acton has been recognized in this category since the competition began in 2006. The practice received its nomination by Cary Magazine readers last September, and was ultimately selected by voters to be one of the 2017 winners.
“It is an honor to be recognized as one of the best dental practices in the region. We love serving this community and it feels good to know the people support us being here too,” Dr. Acton said.
Dr. Acton completed his advanced dental education residency at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry after graduating from the Medical College of Virginia. He has received additional advanced dentistry training in implants and esthetics from the Triangle Dental Institute, Hornbrook Group, and the Kois Center and is the recipient of a Fellowship Award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Best known for their generosity and service to the community, Dr. Acton and his team donate thousands of dollars each year to a variety of charitable organizations. This April, Cary Family Dental will be hosting its very own Dentistry from the Heart event for the 6th year in a row. Cary Family Dental will open its doors to community members, offering free dental cleanings, fillings, and extractions for anyone who shows up.
With a reputation of serving the community and partnering with patients to determine the best individualized dental solutions, it comes as no surprise that Dr. Acton was once again recognized for this award.
