Cary Family Dental to Host a Free Day of Dentistry
Cary, N.C. – Cary Family Dental will host their 6th annual Dentistry From The Heart event on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Over 300 members of the community are expected to turn out for the event that is held at the Cary Family Dental office at 1149 Kildaire Farm Road.
Individuals 18 years and older will be able to receive a free cleaning, free filling, or free extraction. Doors are open from 7am-5pm and patients are treated on a first come, first serve basis. Many people will camp out in the parking lot overnight to reserve their spot in line.
Dentistry From The Heart (DFTH) is a worldwide nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free dental care to those in need. Every year, thousands of individual dentists, hygienists, volunteers, and hundreds of practices across the world donate their time and resources to host their own DFTH events.
Cary Family Dental has a long withstanding reputation of generosity in the community. On average the practice donated over $60,000 worth of free dentistry to the DFTH event each year.
“Dentistry From The Heart is one of my favorite events we host. It is a neat way to serve the community and we really get to make a difference in people’s lives,” Dr. Allan Acton said.
