Cary Family Dental Dentist Voted Best Cosmetic Dentist for Second Straight Year
Over 2,700 online voters participated in magazine’s Fourth Annual Maggy Awards
CARY, NC – January 13, 2009 – Cary Family Dental is please to announce that Dr. Allan Acton has been voted “Best Cosmetic Dentist” in western Wake County by readers of Cary Magazine. The dental practice appears in the publication’s January/February 2009 issue and marks their second consecutive appearance in the magazine’s “Best of Western Wake” awards list.
Cary Magazine’s Fourth Annual Maggy Awards attracted over 2,700 online voters—the most response the publication has ever received from readers. Readers went online to cast their vote on their favorites among a variety of categories including services, media, restaurants, sports, and shopping. In addition to this most recent honor, Dr. Acton and Cary Family Dental also recently participated in the Crown Council’s Annual Smiles for Life campaign and offered teeth whitening services at a significantly reduced price. One hundred percent of the proceeds went to help children facing serious health and educational problems. The practice has participated in Smiles for Life for four years and has raised over $32,000.
