I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share my excitement about reaching a milestone in our practice – this year marks our 20th year in business! I opened the practice on August 4, 2003. It feels like just yesterday that I opened the doors to Cary Family Dental, and I am so grateful to have had the privilege of serving you and your families over the years.
I have a special place in my heart for the patients who have been with us since day one. It brings me so much joy to catch up with you regularly and to watch your families grow. Being a dentist has allowed me to form deep connections with so many wonderful people, and I am grateful for that.
In the past year, we have made significant improvements to the practice to make your experience even better. We have added more capacity by welcoming additional hygienists and a new dentist, Dr. Bryant Wooten, to our team of doctors. We have also built out several more rooms to ensure that you can be seen in a timely manner. Rest assured, I will continue to monitor wait times and make changes as needed to provide you with the best possible care.
None of this would be possible without our dedicated and talented team, who are focused on providing you with 5-star service. I am proud of the hard work they put in every day to ensure that your dental needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
As we look ahead to another great year, I want to remind you that I am here to help with any questions or concerns you may have. My door is always open, and I am here to support you and your dental health.
