No one is happy to hear that they have to get their wisdom teeth out. Impacted wisdom teeth, especially, require surgery, which sounds scary to many patients. That’s how our new patient Ken felt, and, because of several impacted wisdom teeth that needed to be removed, he hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years.

The Process
Although Ken came to our office in pain, he left wishing he had gotten his tooth pulled sooner. Because we were able to remove all four wisdom teeth in the same day with gentle Nitrous Oxide sedation (a colorless, odorless gas that acts to relax patients) and local anesthesia, he experienced no pain or nervousness. We took Ken through the whole process, from procedure to recovery.
After Ken got his impacted teeth pulled at Cary Family Dental, he said:
